The following feedback was collected from participants following the Creative Wellbeing Workshop held on May 18, 2026. Responses were gathered through an anonymous post-workshop survey and reflect participants’ personal experiences related to creativity, mindfulness, self-expression, focus, relaxation, and community connection. These reflections provide insight into how participants engaged with the creative process and how the workshop supported meaningful moments of artistic exploration and wellbeing.
